Written Torah is often referred to as the Tanakh, which is an acrostic of Torah, Nevi'im and Ketuvim.

Bible Translations began about 2200 years ago - 3rd century.

Hellenism (Greek) influenced the translation. The translation came to be known as Septuagint (Latin for 70).

Jews living in north and east of Judea spoke Armenian. Those translation became known as Targums.

Most Christians translations follw the Jewish translators who created the Septuagint, as well as, the Targums.
